Campers can choose any four (Spring Race) or six (Fall Race) day period, provided either the Nationwide or Sprint Cup race falls within those days. See the Bristol Motor Speedway website for race week schedules at www.bristolmotorspeedway.com.

REQUIRED DEPOSIT

• 50% deposit must be received via mail within 14 days of reservation confirmation,

         Check or Money Order only.

         Make checks payable to:     Irma Dugger

• Balance due upon arrival, CASH ONLY .

CANCELLATION  / REFUND POLICY

• Cancellation 60 days or more prior to arrival date - 90% refund
• Cancellation 31 - 59 days prior to arrival date - 50% refund
• Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date - NO REFUND
• No refunds for early departure.
